South superstar Suriya has been donning new look for the director AR Murugadoss's most awaited flick 7aam Arivu (means 7th Sense). He has been playing a character of Bodhidharma, who visits China to spread the Buddhism and martial arts.
The first official trailer of the film released in Tamil language on Wednesday.
The video suggests that the film is going to be one of the biggest hit of Tamil Cinema in 2011. The film also stars Shruti Hassan and Vietnamese superstar Johnny Tri Nguyen.
According to the official trailer, the movie has extraordinary sequence of action, using martial arts and kung fu. It has romance and suspense too.
The video opens with Google search for 5th century Bodhidharman. "Who is Bodhidharman"?
The film is set for Diwali release (October 26). It will vie with another Tamil film Velayudham and Shah Rukh Khan's Ra.One. It will be interesting to see who emerges victorious at the box office.
Music of the film was launched on September 22.
