After arriving in London after a 10 hour flight from Los Angeles, Britney Spears could have been forgiven for wanting to sleep off her jet-lag.
But after a few hours at her hotel, the singer was looking bright and breezy as she went on a mammoth interviewing spree on the capital's radio stations.
Despite her tired and pale appearance at Los Angeles airport on Wednesday afternoon, the 29-year-old looked full of energy as she left the Capital FM studios with her boyfriend Jason Trawick this afternoon.
With her blonde hair scraped back of her face in a high ponytail, the mother-of-two looked comfy in her black leggings, checked shirt and fringed suede boots.
Following her radio interviews earlier today, she is also due to appear on This Morning next week.
As well as doing lots of promotional work, she is also preparing to film the video for new single Criminal during her five day stay in the capital.
She wrote on Twitter last week: 'So excited to stop over in the UK before I start my European tour in a few weeks. Can't wait! I LOVE London, it's like my second home.
'Decided to shoot the Criminal video in the streets of merry old England when I get there...'
The video, directed by Chris Marrs Piliero, sees Spears playing the long-suffering girlfriend of her dangerous lover, who is rescued by another man - named Jason.
The singer then flees with 'Jason' and the couple embark on a Bonnie and Clyde style-crime spree.
She said recently: 'Actually, the song, when I first heard it, it's really different and it's not anything I've heard like this before.
'So I really wanted to deliver this song. I was thinking of a really cool concept for the video just to make it interesting, you'll have to see.'
Her arrival in the UK comes days after she denied reports she is engaged to her boyfriend.
Spears has been happily dating Trawick since 2009, but with two failed marriages behind her, which both have lasted less than two years, perhaps she can be forgiven for not wanting to rush down the aisle again.
The recent speculation began when Trawick was spotted shopping at Pascal Mouaward jewellers.
However, her rep said: 'There is no truth to that report with regards to engagement rings. However, Jason was there to discuss other matters with Pascal, but nothing relating to him personally.'
Spears is due to start her European tour in St Petersberg on September 22 and will return to London in October for dates at the O2 Arena.
